All HireKit products are digital downloads. All sales are final once downloaded.

If a file is defective or doesn't match its description, email support@avitwil.io within 14 days with your PayPal transaction ID and we'll send a corrected file or issue a refund.

Any refund is issued to the original PayPal payment method.
